Homes open for visits this weekend! Green Open Homes Bath – October 12th & 13th

Come along and see how modern, period and listed buildings can all benefit from energy efficient enhancements. You can explore 15 properties of all ages, types and sizes and hear directly from homeowners about how to install solar panels, batteries, insulation, efficient glazing, or new heating options – without talking to a salesperson or spending weeks on the internet.

If you live in a listed building you can book on a Spotlight Session with a retrofit expert from Bath & West Community Energy (BWCE) and a Conservation Officer from Bath and North East Somerset Council, to receive guidance on energy efficiency improvements and how to get listed building consent. Pre-booking essential.

Plus every visitor gets an opportunity to win a Home Energy Efficiency Plan from BWCE worth £420 (T&Cs apply)!

Several homes require booking, others welcome drop-ins. Some properties are only available to visit on Saturday. See which homes you can visit and book here: greenopenhomesbanes.org/events/bath-event/

Another Green Homes event is scheduled for Radstock on the 19th of October. Residents can come to the Trinity Hub to talk to a number of organisations that can help them to insulate their homes and save money, as well as helping the climate.
